Term: dicoumarol pharmacodynamics pathway
Accession: PW:0002497
browse the term
Definition: The pathway of dicoumarol-target interaction and of the biochemical or physiological responses to drug. Dicoumarol is a naturally occurring anticoagulant that antagonizes the vitamin K dependent clotting pathway. Genetic variations can cause differences in the response of the organism to the drug.
