The type I exemestane and type II anastrozole and letrozole aromatase inhibitors are listed with links to the ChEBI Ontology report in RGD. RGD is importing the manual annotations for drug-gene interactions generated at the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD) which can be accessed either in the ‘Annotation’ section of the gene report page or by browsing the concurrently imported ChEBI ontology.
