Gene: Oprl1m1Hubr (opioid related nociceptin receptor 1; ENU induced mutant1, Hubr) Rattus norvegicus
Analyze
Symbol: Oprl1m1Hubr
Name: opioid related nociceptin receptor 1; ENU induced mutant1, Hubr
RGD ID: 13792571
Description: The original mutation was created by target-selected ENU-induced mutagenesis in a Brown Norway background. Then they were subsequently backcrossed on a Wistar (Crl:WI) background. A C to G transversion at position 3657 in the oprl1 gene (ENSRNOG00000016768), resulting into a premature stop codon (TAC>TAG) in the third exon.
ASSOCIATED WITH decreased chemical nociceptive threshold; decreased mechanical nociceptive threshold; enhanced conditioned place preference behavior
Type: allele  of Oprl1
Previously known as: Oprl1^[m1Hubr]
Is Marker For: Strains:   WI-Oprl1m1Hubr+/-   WI-Oprl1m1Hubr-/-
Latest Assembly: mRatBN7.2 - mRatBN7.2 Assembly
Position: No map positions available.
