The Clinical Measurement Ontology (CMO), Measurement Methods Ontology (MMO), and Experimental Condition Ontology (XCO) are currently being developed at the Rat Genome Database. Definition:Any quantitation of the molecules, atoms and/or ions which constitute the chemical make-up of the brain, the portion of the central nervous system enclosed within the cranium which is composed of gray matter and white matter and is the primary center for the regulation and control of bodily activities, receiving and interpreting sensory impulses, and transmitting information to the muscles and body organs.
