RGD has added links to compiled expression data at GTEx from our human gene pages! The Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) project is a resource which provides tissue-specific expression for human genes and links this to genotype and expression QTL data.
RGD’s human gene pages now link to this valuable information source via links in the “External Database Links” section toward the bottom of the page. As an example, the image here shows the page sections for human beta actin (ACTB). To explore this resource, follow the link from the RGD ACTB page, or access GTEx from the page for your human gene of interest. |
