10/14/2021 – Sequence data for 48 Hybrid Rat Diversity Panel (HRDP) strains is available!

RGD is pleased to announce that VCF files for 48 HRDP strains are available for download. These data have been mapped to both Rn6 and Rn7 and can be accessed here.
