Ar coactivators

A great array of coregulators – coactivators and corepressors – modulates the activity of  the receptor. However, in many cases a bona fide coregulator function is still to be established. See PMIDs 1716342117940184. A few coactivators are listed with aliases in parentheses, full names and links to gene report pages:

Ncoa1 (Src1, Src-1) – nuclear receptor coactivator 1
Ncoa2 (Src2, Tif2, Grip1) – nuclear receptor coactivator 2
Ncoa3 (Src3, Aib1) – nuclear receptor coactivator 3
Crebbp (Cbp) – CREB binding protein
Ep300 (p300) – E1A binding protein p300
Carm1 (Prmt4) – coactivator-associated arginine methyltransferase 1
Prmt1 (Hrmt1l2) – protein arginine methyltransferase 1
