Definition:Expectoration (coughing up) of a broncholith. Broncholithiasis is defined as the presence of calculi in the tracheobronchial tree. It is a rare disease but can be characterized by clinical and radiological findings of a calcified lymph node eroding bronchial wall and opening into the bronchial lumen.
