QTL Query Form Instructions

To find a particular QTL(s), enter the symbol or keyword. Searches can be limited to a particular trait or chromosome and to current and withdrawn QTL symbols, names and aliases. To find all QTLs for a particular trait or chromosome leave the keyword field blank and select the trait and/or chromosome desired. The options section allows further refinement of the search, selecting QTLs with LOD scores greater than a particular value. NB Currently this does not handle QTLs with P-values rather than LOD scores. Selecting a LOD limit greater than 0 will screen out all QTLs with P-values.
