Rrag members

The Rrag family (also known as Rag), a recently identified family of Ras-like proteins, mediates the amino acid dependent activation of mTorc1. There are four members in mammals. The genes are listed with aliases in parentheses, full names and links to gene report pages:

Rraga (RagA) – Ras-related GTP binding A
RragB
(RagB) – Ras-related GTP binding B (has two splice variants, the short variant is the human homolog)
Rragc
(RagC) – Ras-related GTP binding C
Rragd
(RagD) – Ras-related GTP binding D
