Phosphorylase kinase complex

The phosphorylase kinase complex is composed of a catalytic subunit – the gamma subunit – and three regulatory subunits – alpha, beta and delta. Note that the delta subunit is calmodulin. The genes are listed with aliases in parentheses, full names and links to gene report pages:

Phka1 (Phka) – phosphorylase kinase regulatory subunit alpha 1
Phka2 – phosphorylase kinase regulatory subunit alpha 2
Phkb – phosphorylase kinase regulatory subunit beta
Phkg1 ({Phkg) – phosphorylase kinase catalytic subunit gamma 1
Phkg2 (Phkg) – phosphorylase kinase catalytic subunit gamma 2
Calm1 (CamI (phosphorylase kinase delta)) – calmodulin 1
Calm2 (Calmodulin 2(phosphorylase kinase delta)) – calmodulin 2
Calm3 (Calmodulin III) – calmodulin 3
