The Alliance of Genome Resources, of which RGD is a founding member, hosts “Office Hours” which include webinars and other events of interest to the genomic research community. This month’s webinar was on May 15, on JBrowse 2.0 at the Alliance, presented by Jeff De Pons, Bioinformatics Manager, and co-host Anne Kwitek, Principal Investigator, at the Rat Genome Database. Much of the information presented could also be helpful for using the JBrowse2 genome browser at RGD.
