Definition:An electroanalytical technique which employs a sensor that converts the activity of sodium ions (the chemical element with atomic number 11, that has lost one electron forming a cation with a charge of +1) in a solution into an electrical potential and measures the resulting potential using a voltmeter or potentiometer.
