The Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) is downloaded weekly from http://compbio.charite.de/hudson/job/hpo/lastStableBuild/artifact/ontology/release/hp.obo. The file downloaded is considered the "last stable build" available for the ontology. For more about the HPO, view their website at http://www.human-phenotype-ontology.org/.

Comment:Cystine crystals precipitate as symmetrical hexagons, mostly aggregated, and are constantly birefringent. They are typical of patients with cystinuria, but to find them the urine pH must be lowered to 4.0 with glacial acetic acid and stored overnight at 4 degrees C. {xref="PMID:8671802"}
