ITPRs

Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors (ITPRs), in response to intracellular Ca+ (CICR) and inositol 1,4,5,-trisphosphate (IP3), stimulate the release of calcium from ER stores. For more information check PMID 20980441. The receptors are listed with aliases in parentheses, full names and links to gene report pages:

Itpr1 (IP3R1, InsP3R1) – inositol 1,4,5,-trisphosphate receptor, type 1
Itpr2 (IP3R2, InsP3R2) – inositol 1,4,5,-trisphosphate receptor, type 2
Itpr3 (IP3R3, InsP3R3) – inositol 1,4,5,-trisphosphate receptor, type 3
