RAT QTL TRAITS
RGD has standardized nomenclature of the QTL in the database in order to improve clarity and facilitate comparisons.  Listed below are the traits currently used in RGD along with the preferred symbol and name.  The traits are grouped according to larger categories.  Subtraits are also listed, but are not necessary. We encourage users to send new traits for QTL that do not fit into any of the current traits, either through the QTL registration form or by sending them to .
