This is a measurement of the amount of ribonucleic acid (RNA), the molecule composed of the sugar ribose, phosphate groups and any combination of the bases adenine, guanine, cytosine, and/or uracil, extracted from or contained in the heart right ventricle, the lower chamber of the right side of the heart (from the perspective of the organism rather than the observer), which pumps venous blood through the pulmonary trunk and arteries to the capillaries of the lung.
