1/23/2025 – New paper alert! Published in Database
We are excited to announce our most recent paper, Standardized pipelines support and facilitate integration of diverse datasets at the Rat Genome Database, published in Database, the Journal of Biological Databases and Curation. RGD integrated data from and with many different resources to support cross-species multiomics studies, enhance data manually curated from biomedical literature by the RGD team of expert curators, and provide data to global genomics databases.
