RGD is pleased to announce the release of the Human (Homo sapiens) comparative species page. This page gives easy access to Homo sapiens-based literature searches through RGD’s Ontomate. Other tools included are the Variant Visualizer, JBrowse Genome Browser, OLGA, MOET, GA Tool, and GOLF all using the most current Human genome and annotations. Additionally, Human protein interactions can be analyzed and downloaded using RGD’s InterViewer.
