RGD Announces PhenoGeneRanker, released in Bioconductor

A new analysis algorithm has been developed by recently graduated PhD student Dr. Cagatay Durson with Dr. Anne Kwitek from the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Rat Genome Database, and with Dr. Serdar Bozdag from the University of North Texas College of Engineering’s Computer Science and Engineering Dept.
The publication is available from IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics; PhenoGeneRanker: Gene and Phenotype Prioritization Using Multiplex Heterogeneous Networks.
