p53 binding partners

Tp53 binding partners interact with the transactivation domains (TAD-1, TAD-2) within the amino-terminal domain (NTD), the DNA-binding domain (DBD), the tetramerization domain (tet) and the basic carboxy-terminus  domain (CTD) of Tp53 to modulate its activity and promote distinct responses.
