This video will give information about RGD’s Multi-Ontology Enrichment Tool and demonstrate how to use it. Begin with a list of genes to find the terms from any or all of the ontologies used by RGD for gene curation (Disease, Pathway, Phenotype, GO, ChEBI) that are over-represented in the annotations for those genes, or for orthologs in other species using MOET.

MOET can be accessed here or it can be used within any of RGD’s Disease Portals.
