Symbol: SHR.BN-(D1Mit3-Igf2)/Ipcv
Strain: SHR.BN-(D1Mit3-Igf2)/Ipcv
RGD ID: 628908
Citation ID: RRID:RGD_628908
Ontology ID: RS:0000721
Alleles: Scnn1b;   Scnn1g;   Sa
Also Known As: SHR.BN-D1Mit3/Igf2; SHR.BN-(D1Mit3-Igf2)/Ipcv
Type: congenic
Available Source: Not Available
Origination: Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague, Czech Republic
Description: Segment of chromosome 1 from the normotensive BN/Cr was transferred to SHR. After 10 generations of backcrossing to SHR, the differential segment was fixed with the flanking markers. These were maintained in the homozygous state by brother x sister mating.
Coat Color: c
