Symbol: SS.SHR-(D9Mco113-D9Mco124)/Bj
Strain: SS.SHR-(D9Mco113-D9Mco124)
Substrain: Bj
RGD ID: 11354924
Citation ID: RRID:RGD_11354924
Ontology ID: RS:0004202
Previously known as: S.SHR(9)strain 3; S.SHR(9)X10AX6X5; SS.SHR-(D9Mco113-D9Mco124)/Bj
Type: congenic
Source: University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences
Origin: This is a congenic substrain developed by crossing SS.SHR-(D9Rat7-D9Rat84)/Mco to SS/Jr and the F1 were intercrossed to produce an F2 population, which was genotyped using microsatellite markers. The selected recombinant rats were crossed to SS/Jr again to duplicate the recombinant region.
Last Known Status: Unknown
