Human GO annotations from GOA

All the annotations assigned to human genes by GOA (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/GOA/) were downloaded from the Gene Ontology Consortium website (http://www.geneontology.org/GO.current.annotations.shtml). Genes in the incoming file were matched to RGD human genes using the UniProtKB or RefSeq protein IDs and annotations were loaded onto the RGD human homolog records with the existing evidence codes and WITH data. Original references from which the annotations were made were loaded into the XREF_SOURCE and NOTES fields.
