Description: CRISPR/Cas 9 was utilized to delete rat Gper1 gene in the one-cell embryos of SS/Jr rats. RNA validation performed via deletion PCR using a sense primer at the 5' end and an antisense primer at the 3' end showed a deletion PCR product of 544 bps versus wild-type PCR product of 1484 bps.
