Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia; acute megakaryocytic leukemia; adult T-cell leukemia; and juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia. Orthologous to human JAK3 (Janus kinase 3).
