Origin: This ES cell line was made from blastocyst produced from the mating of a wild type Sprague Dawley female with a SD-Tg(GFP)2BalRrrc (RRRC Stock # 0065) male. The transgene carried by the RRRC:0065 male consists of an EGFP gene under the control of the Ubiquitin C promoter. The transgene is integrated into a single loci on Chromosome 14.
