Dysplastic megalencephaly 
A congenital brain malformation characterized by marked overgrowth and dysplasia affecting one or both cerebral hemispheres, and, in some cases, subcortical brain regions as well. The presence of dysplasia in dysplastic megalencephaly distinguishes it from other forms of generalized megalencephaly.
