A calculated measurement in which the number of lymphocytes in a sample of blood which express a surface antigen recognised by R73 is divided by the total number of mononuclear cells in that sample, and presented as a ratio, fraction, quotient or percentage. A mononuclear cell is a leukocyte with a one-lobed nucleus and without cytoplasmic granules.
