Term:syndecan signaling pathway
go back to main search page
Accession:PW:0000659 term browser browse the term
Definition:Syndecan family of proteoglycans appears to be involved in cell-adhesion, particularly cell-extracellular matrix (ECM) signaling and to integrate with the integrin pathway. They also appear to integrate directional cues important for neuronal migration, axon guidance and synapse formation.
Synonyms:related_synonym: PID:200134;   PID:200156;   PID:200192;   PID:200198
