Comment:
Continuous involuntary vocalizations are most frequently associated with neurodegenerative diseases. in dementias, such as Alzheimer's disease and Huntington disease, continuous involuntary vocalizations, often labeled as vocally disruptive behavior, are part of a spectrum of behavioral symptoms that correlate with the severity of cognitive impairment and may be exacerbated with emotional arousal. Purposeless noisemaking, for example, groaning or howling in parkinsonism may also be encountered.
