Definition:Electroretinographic photopic measurement targets cone-pathway function made from the light-adapted eye. The amplitude of the b-wave is measured from the trough of the a-wave to the following peak of the b-wave. The b-wave is generated by a combination of ON- and OFF-type bipolar cells in photopic measurement.
