The Clinical Measurement Ontology (CMO), Measurement Methods Ontology (MMO), and Experimental Condition Ontology (XCO) are currently being developed at the Rat Genome Database. Definition:The inner retinal thickness is defined as straight lines between outer plexiform layer to the vitreous perpendicular to the retinal layer measured. The measurement usually is done by optical coherence tomography (OCT).
