CLINICAL MEASUREMENT - ANNOTATIONS

The Clinical Measurement Ontology (CMO), Measurement Methods Ontology (MMO), and Experimental Condition Ontology (XCO) are currently being developed at the Rat Genome Database. For more information about these vocabularies please see Shimoyama et al. Three ontologies to define phenotype measurement data. Front Genet. 2012;3:87. Definition:The amount in a specified sample of spinal cord of the messenger RNA (mRNA) which codes for the B chain of the q subcomponent of complement component 1 (C1qb), a major constituent of the human complement subcomponent C1q. C1q associates with C1r and C1s in order to yield the first component of the serum complement system.
Synonyms:related_synonym: spinal cord C1qb mRNA level
