Definition:A calculated measurement in which the number of lactotrophs in a specified sample of prolactinoma is divided by the total number of pituicytes in that sample and presented as a ratio, fraction, quotient or percentage. A prolactinoma is a pituitary adenoma which secretes prolactin.
