A measurement which has been normalized, adjusted or derived by a mathematical process or computation, of the amount of an immunoglobulin molecule possessing a specific amino acid sequence that binds type 2 collagen in a specified volume of serum, when that calculation is based on the antibody titer. A serum antibody titer is the last dilution of serum at which a positive result could be obtained.
