Definition:A 1:1 diastereomeric mixture comprising of R,R,S and S,S,S configuration of platinum(II) complexes with 1,2-bis(aminomethyl)cyclobutane as the carrier ligand and lactate as the leaving group. It is a third-generation platinum anticancer drug approved in China for the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukaemia, inoperable metastatic breast cancer and small cell lung cancer.
Synonyms:related_synonym: 1,2-diamino-methylcyclobutane platinum(II) lactate;   D-19466;   D19466;   [2-hydroxypropanoato(2-)-O1,O2][1,2-cyclobutanedimethanamine-N,N']platinum(II);   lobaplatine;   lobaplatino;   lobaplatinum
