An amino heptasaccharide that is MAN-3 glycan, alpha-D-Manp-(1->3)-[alpha-D-Manp-(1->6)]-beta-D-Manp-(1->4)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1->4)-D-GlcpNAc, in which either (a) two hydroxy groups in one of the terminal mannosyl groups have each undergone glycosylation with a molecule of D-mannopyranose, or (b) one of the hydroxy groups has undergone dimannosylation. The position of the additional mannosyl groups is not known. In the structure shown, either two of the R atoms each represent a D-mannopyranosyl group, or one of the R atoms represents a di-D-mannosyl group; all remaining R atoms = H.
