Tceb1 recruited complex

The ubiquitin ligase complex recruited via Tceb1/Elongin C to von Hippel-Landau consists of several proteins including E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme; however which enzymes are the major E2s activated by the VHL complex is still to be determined. For an article on a reconstituted VHL complex, check PMID: 10973499. With the exception of E2, the other genes are listed with aliases in parentheses, full name and link to gene report pages:

Tceb2 (elongin B) – transcription elongation factor B (SIII), polypeptide 2
Rbx1 (Roc1, Rnf75) – ring-box 1, E3 ubiqutin protein ligase
Cul2 – cullin 2
