Rhoq activating complex

Downstream of insulin signaling, a complex is activated that contains a GEF for Rhoq and promotes Rhoq activity. Cbl and adaptor proteins (Sorbs1, known as CAP and Crk, known as CRKII) form a complex with Rapgef1, a GEF for Rhoq known as C3G. The genes are listed with aliases in parentheses, full name and link to gene report pages:

Cbl – Cbl proto-oncogene, E3 ubiquitin protein ligase
Sorbs1 (CAP) – sorbin and SH3 domain containing 1
Crk (CRKII, p38) – v-crk avian sarcoma virus CT10 oncogene homolog
Rapgef1 (C3G) – Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) 1
