RAR target genes

atRA, directly or indirectly, regulates the expression of hundred of genes including some involved in retinoid metabolism and signaling. Some of the genes that are thought to be unquestionaly direct targets are listed (species information is available, in some cases is only human or human and mouse, in some others is also rat and these are the genes listed here, total is 27).
