Pathways

Gli modifying kinases

Protein kinase A (PKA), casein kinase I (CKI) and glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta (Gsk3b) phosphorylate Gli members. While there is one Gsk3b, CKI family has several members and the identity of those involved in the mammalian hedgehog pathway is still to be determined. PKA is a complex and a link is provided to the interactive diagram page for PKA signaling.
