Mouse GO annotations

All the annotations assigned to mouse genes supplied by the Mouse Genome Database (http://www.informatics.jax.org/) were downloaded from the Gene Ontology Consortium website (http://www.geneontology.org/GO.current.annotations.shtml). Genes in the incoming file were matched to RGD mouse genes using the MGI ID and annotations were informatically loaded onto the RGD mouse genes with the existing evidence codes and WITH data. Original references from which the annotations were made were loaded into the XREF_SOURCE and NOTES fields.
