To find particular markers, enter all or part of the marker symbol, using the drop-down box for wildcards.
To find all markers on a certain chromosome or in a certain region of the chromosome, use the limit to
map position drop down boxes. You can also limit searches to markers associated with a gene or strains
that have allele size data.
To view all available map data, select the markers that you want all the data for on the query results page then click the "View Selected Map Data" button at the bottom of the page. Also you can download all available map data for all results from the results page by clicking the "Download All Map Data" button at the bottom of the page.
