QTL Query Form Instructions
To find a particular QTL(s), enter the symbol, name, or keyword. This will search on QTL symbol, name, aliases, and annotations. To increase the speed of the search, you can limit your search to one or more of these fields using the drop-down box. In addition searches can be limited to QTLs with a particular trait, chromosome, strain, or Minimal LOD score. This does not handle QTLs with P-values rather than LOD scores.
