RGD Rat SSLPs

The Rat Simple Sequence Length Polymorphisms (microsatellite markers). Each marker is linked to its report page in RGD. Currently the SSLPS are a part of an integrated group called the RGD Markers. RGD Marekers provide mapping data, primer information, and size variations among strains.
