SHR/OlaIpcv

This track contains all the Single Nucleotide Variants(SNVs) for the rat strain SHR/OlaIpcv having parent strain, SHR(Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat). The SNVs are tagged by multiple attributes so that users can filter over them and view SNVs of their interest. The filter of attributes coprises of the following conditions:
(1)Location Name (5UTR,INTRON,EXON,3UTR).
(2)Synonymous_Non-Synonymous variant(synonymous,non-synonymous) and
(3)near Splice-Site (T,F).
Various combinations of selectable options have been formatted in form of a table such that users have to pick the combination of filters they would like to apply on the track for filtering. If none of the filters are applied, then all the variant features are rendered on the track. You will need to be forewarned not to pick a region larger than 20MB, else the rendering takes forever. The SNVs are colored depending on their PolyPhen predictions:

Color	Prediction
Red	Probably Damaging
Yellow	Possibly Damaging
Gray	Benign

. Clicking on a feature will provide information about the SNV and its related genes and transcripts, if any, alongwith its PolyPhen Prediction, if any.
