Gaps in Assembly

This track shows the gap information in the contig. The region in the track that contains the line is the Gap region in the chromosome. Here, gap is shown as an individual feature. activating this track alongwith the Contig track will provide a more clear picture of the number of gaps between two contigs and also the distance between each of the neighbour contigs.
