Variants from a Chinese Individual.

This data contains all the Single Nucleotide Variants (SNVs) extracted from one of the datasets of the 10Gen Dataset which forms a part of the 1000Genomes project. The method used for detection of these variants was called SOAP SNP Calling method. the variants are already formatted in the new GVF format which is a GFF3 format modification.
